Stayed at this hotel for 6 nights recently. It can be booked through Agoda at RM 65 / THB 650 per night BUT the walk in rate is actually only RM 50 / THB 500 so it's better to just turn up unless at really busy time of year.
As to the hotel itself, I found it just OK.
Positive: The rooms are quite large with doubles having big king sized beds. The price is very good and there is good onsite parking. The hotel is also quite easy to find if driving (just of Ratuthit near Soi 25) and many taxi / tut tut drivers know it (just ask for Bar Berry, Bix and /or Hansa Plaza), free wifi, towels and toiletries (but not high quality); reasonably priced and good quality room service food; 2 free bottles water daily.
Negative: The receptionists speak almost no English; reception area (which has best wifi) is not air con and very warm; hotel has a slightly unfinished look with an area that looks like it should be a bar that's no complete; no restaurant / breakfast at hotel; rooms at front of hotel get a LOT of noise from the adjacent clubs and bars (until 3am!); no safe in room; no coffee / tea making facilities in room; some rooms have no coat hangers in wardrobe; quite a long way from centre of town; some of the rooms very 'tired' despite this being a relatively new hotel.
Overall the hotel is OK but the price is by far the best factor. It is about 5-7 minutes from the town centre (Lee Gardens Plaza and around) in a tut tut or taxi motor bike (around 80 and 40 baht respectively but price goes up after midnight). In some ways the out of town location is good, especially if you plan to visit other areas and need to get a car in / out where the town car parks can be difficult. It's important to get a quiet room (back of hotel and something above #07 otherwise you will get little sleep. The lack of facilities in the room is a concern and for this, especially if only staying a few days, it might be better to opt for a hotel closer to town with more facilities in the room though many of those hotels are a bit tired and dated also.
Stayed here for 3D2N. It's pretty far from the city. Had to keep taking the motorbike taxi (abt 7 mins ride, each trip cost between 30B to 50B one way depending on the time). Not many food places nearby. You can find some Thaifood within the near walking distance, but the options are little. The hotel itself is located beside 3 clubs.. all three are dodgy as ever! Unless you're here for prostitutes, you're not gonna like the clubs. The clubs are loud! The rooms are somewhat well insulated but you can still hear the heavy bass till about 4am or 5am, depending on what time they feel like going home. So if you're a super light sleeper, this is not a good place.
As for the hotel itself. The room is spacious (I got a superior room). The shower and the room is clean. However, there isn't a coffee/tea making facility in the room, and the hotel's cafe is closed for some reason, so no breakfast/coffee here either. And hotel room view is just neighbouring buildings. The receptionist don't speak much English so communication was a lil bit of a problem. The room in which I stayed, they bulb in the shower was fused, I called them up, the room service woman came up, said something in Siamese, shook her head and when away. So I had to manage with the mirror's light.
So in total, the room is clean, beds are comfortable.. but there are too many other downsides, so I wouldn't stay here again. It would be better off staying smack in the city.
