About 25 min walk from the beach Anna's is a small group of en-suit rooms in a cabin outside Anna's house. There is air conditioning and off street parking with a room fridge TV (if you have come for the TV you have missed the point). Each room has a mini patio.
The rooms are clean and the area peaceful perfect if you don't want to get woken up by backpackers. There is no breakfast but a ample cafe at the bottom of the room and since you will likely be heading to the beach there are plenty of places to eat (Fishheads was our favourite)
There is also a pool that much cooler then the sea.
A couple of down points I know Byron is a safe areas but I would have preferred the patio doors have a better lock on them I also think a camp/communal BBQ would have been nice to give you the option to cook.
All in all for the price you pay worth a couple of nights stay
My partner and I stayed for two nights in October. This place is perfect if you're looking for something private and peaceful away from the hustle and bustle of the main street, but still close enough for a 10min walk or zip up the road in the car. The room and bathroom were both clean and tidy- we loved the four poster bed! Aircon was great and we made use of the mini fridge. The pool was lovely and clean, our own patio was nice and and the complimentary mozzie spray saved us a trip to the shops! The owners were also friendly and helpful giving advice for places to check out in town.
If I was to be critical I would say the bathroom needs an update, or at least fitted shower screens. I'm not a fan of the shower curtain, we had water all over the floor. Unfortunately, our bed was REALLY hard. We both honestly love a firm bed, but this was way to firm and uncomfortable for our liking.
All in all, for the $108 we paid a night, this place was exactly what we were looking for and we'd definitely stay here again when in Byron Bay!
Our stay there was just what we needed, it's quiet, relaxing and the bathroom was big & the room is Comfortable an off the main road and the hassle an bustle of Byron. The owners were very relaxed and helpful.
We stayed at Anna's for 2 nights in July. Anna was lovely and showed us some key places to go in the area. The rooms was sizeable with a fabulous four poster bed and large bathroom. It was in a quiet area which helped. We'd definitely stay here again.
Stayed for 2 nights - enjoyed the silence/ambiance. Clean, tidy - lovely pool and great hosts ( can't recognize earlier review/critisms) . Out of town - but not too far ,Great breakfast just down the road too.
