We stayed in the corporate house with 2 children 7yr and 14yr for 2 times 3 days.
This is a relative clean hotel with ever helping personel.
The room has 2 spaces with the bathroom in between.
The first room when you enter is a room with chair and couch.
This couch was flattened so the 2 children could sleep here.
The bathroom had an old bath with old curtain, toilet and lavabo.
The electrically heated water was running very slow, but everything was relative clean and worked.
The main room had fridge TV double bed and balcony to the street.
During the night it is calm on the street and the noise starts when the salesman on the street make there effort and the cars do the thing they do best in Delhi. Horn.
There is no restaurant in the hotel, so breakfast is in the room.
The tuk tuk stops at the hotel to drive you to the lotus temple nearby or to other places in Delhi.
When you want luxury go elsewhere.
When you want good sleep, breakfast and 3 nights for 2 adults and 2 children for around 50 Euro in Delhi, this is the place to be.
I stayed at Kshitij Corporate House for two times: in June 2010 and October 2010. What pleased me most on my second visit - they are developing! The second time I came there were LCDs instead of old TV sets. They also extended the lobby though eliminating the tiny breakfast area, but it is ok as the buffet was very poor.
Positive: nice personnel! Very helpful and attentive. If you require anything - mineral water, fruit knife, boiled water, any kind of assistance - they are eager to help.
Location is quite good - opposite the market where you can find almost anything you need: cafes and restaurants, grocery, money exchange, and all sorts of shops and boutiques.
The rooms are not small and the have spacious anterooms where you can sit and talk with yuor friends and guests.
Negative: some rooms are in need of repair. Greyish bed linen and towels (as everywhere in India). Noisy surroundings (are there any quiet places in Delhi?).
So if are looking for luxury and five-star comfort you definitely should find some other place. But for us who were on a business trip and just needed a place to wash, change and sleep, Kshitij Corporate House is quite a good place.
