I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights only...its a three star hotel located in Rabia which is a very good area with high socio-economic residents. For a 3 star hotel its fair and good regarding its price ...workers are very nice and welcoming..for very short stay near almost everything... I advise people to go
very goog hotel , nice location in Mecca street , friendly staff , near the malls and shopping areas , nice clean rooms , easy reachable known hotel ,v. good meals , not far from airport about 20 minutes , im looking for another visit to marmara hotel .....
stayed here for couple of months awhile back staff very nice rooms fine but can be very noisy when having weddings which i found they had a lot off good location central to restaurants shopping malls not bad for what i needed
The staff was friendly, very helpful and flexible. But the rooms seem unfinished, the hotel seem half completed. However clean, the hotel doesn't really match the standard a hotel charging such prices should meet.
Breakfast was served late, and since we had to leave for the airport, we had to grab food on the way somewhere else instead.
The rooms and the hotel really have potential, it is just 100's of little details not working, such as curtains hanging from nails, plugs not working, unstable tables, hole in the ceiling, broken light ...
The service was excellent. The staff were friendly, we asked for early breakfast at 5 am The service was excellent. The staff was friendly, we asked for early breakfast at 5 am we surprised that the breakfast was ready- made and when they knew that we were moving to Petra they insist us to take some fruit with us.
Rooms were large room for double bed, clean and teddy. Hotel location is near from main road called Mecca Street. Right over the end of Mecca Street there is Mecca mall and City mall.
But I think reception location should be review again it was poor comparing with rooms, lobby rooms.
