    “Worst Hotel stayed ever”
    We returned today morning from Bali. My Parents, My sister, My husband and I planned a 7 days Bali trip and stayed at Sanur Avenue (till yesterday). This Villa Hotel stay was the worst ever experience we had. We had booked free Airport pick up and drop but that was never arranged by Hotel. We waited at airport for 2 hours and took airport officials assistance to call the hotel people to pick us up as we had provided all required details for free Pick up service and had confirmed before leaving from India. Hotel people never answered our phone call properly and later lied saying thier phone was dead. We took another Taxi from airport and searched for the hotel for 5 hours and were not able to find that. Though Taxi driver was very kind and helpful. He stopped at many places to enquire about this hotel and also tried to seek Police help to search the hotel. We gave up thinking that the hotel people have fooled us and after spending night with luggages in the taxi, the driver helped us with another decent hotel in Sanur area so that we can search the hotel during day light. Bali people are very kind and helpful. The New Hotel owner assisted us to search Sanur Avenue and made us reach the booked hotel Sanur Avenue safely by asking them to send their driver to pick us from his hotel and take us safely. Our terrible experience with this Sanur Avenue did not end there but continued till our last day of stay. No room service, hotel staff aren't receptive, most unhelpful and rude staff. No proper breakfast. We understand that we cannot expect Indian food there, atleast should provide sufficient Bread Butter Jam, Fruits and some vegetables but unfortunately they did not. Nanni the so called cook was very unhelpful, the only thing we should thank her for was that she got some carrot, cauliflower and beans so that we could cook. Yes, everyday morning during our stay there we used their kitchen and cooked food to eat. In fact we went to shop to buy some vegetables, fruits and spices to cook food too. Such was the state. They did not have the courtesy to arrange atleast simple breakfast daily. Nanni tried to cook and prepare simple Vegetable sabzi one day but it was so sad the we had to leave the food and went out to buy bread jam to have. We had booked 2 bedroom Junior Suite for 5 people and had paid for extra bed. The payment was done over internet in advance through Agoda for 5 people. We have complaint to Agoda too regarding this place. Though all payment was done, we received service only for 4 people which was always half hearted. They did not provide extra bed, so 5 of us had to adjust and sleep. On top of that AC was not working. Wifi password provided was incorrect, hence couldnt connect to that too. Only on 6th day at Bali, new Wifi password was provided which worked only for that night. Last day before leaving for airport we wanted to freshen up and take bath and use toilet. These hotel people Ashi and Nanni did not even turn on water pump for us to take bath. Pathetic treatment by them. Everytime we had to call owner and Ami for any small thing over phone. As the incharge Ami was out of town and was taking care of another set up, she had asked Nanni to take care of us. Though Ami was kind over phone, we never met her. It was poorly managed. Though the rooms were spacious and had beautiful paintings, stay was the worst ever. They did not even change towels or bed spreads nor empty dustbins or clean rooms daily. Dirty and shabbily managed. Dear owner though you have a good villa hotel there your staffs are the worst we ever met. We have been to many countries and travelled many places. your staff made our stay worst as they did not even have a heart after seeing senior citizens. Because of this pathetic experience I will never recommend anyone to stay here, even for a night.

    “Hard to Find Gem”
    When I arrived at the hotel I was quite upset by the fact that I just couldn't find it no matter how hard I tried. Yet the pleasant staff made me feel better almost immediately, offering me a free dinner for my troubles. The hotel is spacious and for the money includes everything you may need including free-wifi and great satellite tv. The staff are very attentive and willing to help with anything.
