We booked one night through booking.com. When we got there the guy in the reception told us that there were no available rooms. He told us that we had not booked, and when we showed him the booking confirmation he still said we had not booked. He was also very rude and just walked away when we talked to him. After a while they took us to another hotel they had. This hotel was still a construction site and in the middle of nowhere.
We then walked to the hotel on the other side of the road, and they said that this was not the first time Lotus had overbooked.
For all we know Lotus is a good hotel, but we had a very bad experience.
