I like the area in which it is, it can be better but needs more attention from management and staff. The atmosphere and sea view is amazing. Breakfast was always late and the juice was not 100%. Wish I can buy it
I visited Walvisbay for the weekend and booked via Booking.com online. Accomodation for one night was confirmed via email. When i reached the hotel at 18h00 I was told the communication from Booking.com has a 2 day delay. So reception was not aware. I got room 12 , after the lady at reception told me there is onky one room left. I found a spacious room one towel, no toiletpaper, no mats in bathroom. Kettle dirty not working properly. Room was clean but blanket/throw need to be replaced. Shower heads MUST be replaced. Breakfast very standard. Bread stale, juice supersweet, oh no. Attention to detail, small touches lacking. Overal need a fresh layer of paint, a strong hand to take charge of housekeeping and a hands-on manager to save this place. I will never go back to this place!.
