Neither great, nor bad. Average. Approximately 15 minutes from the subway station. Polite and supportive staff, simple but clean rooms. For the price given, this hotel may be a decent option for those on a budget.

For me important was a location, very close to my friends and 10 min by foot from the subway. The hotel is a soviet union style but they try their best to renovate it. Lobby is fine and staff was very friendly and supportive. Room was also very good (no safe but TV, WiFi, furniture and bathroom with all staff you need was fine). Some rooms have no private bathroom so just be carefull when booking. What was a real disaster is a corridor. It is soooo long that you don't feel good :) You can hear your neighbours if you don't have a corner room at the end of the corridor. It was nice to have a balcony for fresh air (when your windows are not from the main street side). This hotel is fine if you spend only nights there, location is fine for you and you want to save some money. My recommendation is to pay just for 1 night on arrival and next day decide if you stay there or live it (its fine with the hotel).
