1.The AC is locked and we can’t turn it on. Equipped with smelly and thin quilts.
2. The boiling system broke down and no hot water on December 28th/29th stay. The reception agreed to refund.
3. The staff Denise is very rude and non-cooperative at all. Even we booked from Booking.com, she said we must contact with hotel’s direct wholesaler to get refund from them. And she refused to provide who is the wholesaler and how much they refund. Denise even fought with me on the phone. Such a cheap people to escape from responsibilities matches this cheap hotel well.

2.12月28-29无热水,前台同意返款可当我们回到英国的时候再联系前台就变脸,我在booking预定的,Denise说booking是通过另一个平台预定,什么价格机密的原因,必须让我们联系到wholesaler退款。 3.Denise全程态度恶劣,并拒绝提供任何Wholesaler信息、他们何时给Wholesaler退款以及具体退款多少,这样逃脱责任的做法真的很廉价。这样无信誉、设备差的地方,不建议。
