1.The AC is locked and we can’t turn it on. Equipped with smelly and thin quilts.
2. The boiling system broke down and no hot water on December 28th/29th stay. The reception agreed to refund.
3. The staff Denise is very rude and non-cooperative at all. Even we booked from Booking.com, she said we must contact with hotel’s direct wholesaler to get refund from them. And she refused to provide who is the wholesaler and how much they refund. Denise even fought with me on the phone. Such a cheap people to escape from responsibilities matches this cheap hotel well.
