ATTENTION EVERYONE ATTENTION, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
Me and my husband had the worst experience of our all life, and trust me I travel often since I work for the airlines. First we arrive at “lobby” and a security guard called someone by the radio and this person told us to meet at building B on the 6 floor. After dragging or bags to the mentioned bldg person just met us on front of the elevator on floor 6 instead of just telling us to meet at the correct building we we were about to stay which it was bldg C to avoid going up and down with ours bags pointless. I noticed that the elevator walls before entering were dirty, both buildings I was like ok hopefully the apt will be ok. As soon I walked to the apartment my impressions was, this place does not look at all to the one on the website, floor was with so much dust like they didn’t swept, they had plates, spoon and coffe mugs all dirty on the table. My hubby went to use the bathroom and toilet didn’t flush!! people believe it or not. There’s more about this apartment, sofa was broken and dirty, bed had human hair, pillow was EXTREMELY disgusting, I don’t think they ever change them, it had so much stains and even broken. The lady that showed us this apartment didn’t even leave any info in case we need something but looking all over I found in the back of the ghetto wifi password was actually the admin number of this place, I decided to text him to see if he could do something. Texting this guy was the worst part of this apartment, I had never experienced someone so unprofessional in my life. When I tried to contact this guy named Ricardo he was like yes I’m the admin who is this, I responded back who I was and the reason why I was texting him. I explained him briefly but since I was so disappointed I asked him if I could call better since to avoid text but of course he was on a “meeting” he couldn’t talk. At that moment I got very upset and asked for someone to respond, I needed a new apartment that wasn’t on those Conditions or if I could get my money back to find another place. The way this guy was responding to me was to rude, he didn’t care I was a customer, he was pretty much sure he didn’t do nothing wrong. I had to send pictures of the terrible condition of this place and still he didn’t care, he last answered was unbelievable. He told me if I don’t like it to leave the keys and go, to leave this place, of course I asked him who will refund me if I go and he responded check with your travel agency. After calling the website I booked this nasty place for our surprised he sent lady that opened the door and she asked us to leave immediately, if we don’t want it to leave it now. I told her I don’t have a place yet or my money back which she answered, she didn’t care that’s no her business, if we don’t like the place to leave it. I had to tell her that I will call the police and she still didn’t care, we ended on the street of Santiago, a foreign country because the unprofessionalism of this horrible company for almost and hour until I found another hotel.
People if you guys don’t wanna go thru the same situation please find another place and avoid this apartment and terrible company. Believe or not I am fighting with the website I booked because he doesn’t wanna give back my money even though I didn’t stay and they kick us out.
We had a terrible experience with this reservation. First they messed up our reservation by a day and then proceeded to leave our group in the hotel lobby for one and a half hours. After we called the number provided to see why we were waiting so long so they could fix the problem, they proceeded to tell us it would take another two hours to get our group a room. The customer service was awful and I do not recommend using these suites as a place to stay.
