1. The hotel reception staff did not laugh all the time, and could not feel their enthusiasm!
2. A simple hotel check-in, I have been talking for Two and a half hours.! There is a person named “Carlos” in the receptionist. He has been perfunctory me and has not helped me with the problem. What happened to my room? Always told me that it was not cleaned. If there is a problem with my room, why not change it for me? I stood in the hot hotel lobby for more than two hours. This person called "Carlos" has been ignoring me, has been perfunctory me, and does not help me at all.
Later, when I wanted another female receptionist to ask for help, the female receptionist was still in a bad attitude. They were like the allies, bullying me as a foreigner.
Finally, I asked to see their leaders reflect the problem, and they blocked me from calling them for various reasons. I am feeling very helpless.
The third time I found a table with a customer service next to it.
Finally, I found a service person of customer service who thought that I was willing to help us. After explaining the situation with the service staff, she helped us change a room and the problem was solved. It took me more than two hours to check in a simple hotel.
The purpose of the tour is a good mood. The front desk staff of this hotel has ruined my good mood of the day. Even if your hotel is good, my mood is not good, it means no meaning!
3. At 8:30 in the evening, my room suddenly went off. I called the service staff. After two hours, my room was restored. What can i say? I don't know where to complain, I can only bear it.
I will have a lot of friends coming to Varadero next week. I was full of expectations for this hotel and would like to experience their services before my friends come.
But they even made the most basic hotel check in service, so I can only feel disappointed. So I only stayed at this hotel for only one day.
The receptionist named Carlos and another female receptionist really made me angry! They are like uniting to bully me a foreigner. They have no responsibility for me, just as if they don't want me to live in your hotel.
But the facilities at your hotel are really good. I hope that you can improve.
