It was a nice place for the price stayed for one night no issues. It was me my husband and our 2 kids 1 yr and 8 yr. They had a nice time the beds were really big and the heater worked good. I was nervous because of some of the reviews but it really wasn't bad at all. I'd stay there again.
The room I had a broken box spring and saw the bed on one side went to the floor. There was dog poop smashed in the carpet that smelled up the room and white stains on the carpet and dust ruffle it could've been throw up From a baby or animal. There was no elevator to get to the third-floor to change rooms for my 85-year-old father.
Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, but lacked a mini-fridge, so no cold storage for drinks, insulin, etc. Breakfast was very limited selection, all carbs; no protein. Everything else exceeded expectations by far for this price range.
You get what you pay for. The hotel is good do not get me wrong but it did not have elevators and the continental breakfast was really poor. The location was OK because there’s restaurants nearby so overall not too bad but next time I rather spend a little bit more and have a better experience
In general our room was clea, quiet and comfortable, and a problem with backdoor access upon arrival was resolved. The breakfast bar had numerous nutritious options, though not surprisingly, sweet rolls disappeared within minutes of being restocked. We especially appreciate the location right off I-10.
