This is a standard Holiday Inn, the pool was nice, the restaurant over priced, the room was clean and average size, with plenty of free parking. My only complaint would be that this particular Holiday Inn does not offer a free continental breakfast.
I had to take a cold water bath today at 6:00 am because there wasn’t hot water available.
When I made my complaint to the front desk clerk, he just answered that I should go back to my room to wait for a maintenance guy whom can ***teach me*** on how to use the shower mixing valve.
Obviously I had clarified that this was not the problem!
My concern here is about how they face their issues, blaming the customer as first approach, instead of analyze if there were any kind of trouble with the hot water supply in my room. I’m pretty sure that, this clerk intent, was to point out that something was wrong with me, but not with the room services.
