My title simply states the obvious. It is not to say that this is a poor hotel, however. I consider it a good deal for the price. Let me state some things that may or may not be a deal breaker for you. First of all, the hotel is on a busy street at an intersection and the dump trucks and diesel trucks are easily heard from my window. You don't hear them as much due to the air conditioner being one of those directly below the window, which tends to be a bit noisy. I used my earplugs! However, the hotel rooms are very clean, the staff member was very helpful, the bed is comfortable, and you sit right next to a Walmart and a Starbucks, which is convenient. You do get a continental breakfast in the morning, which is quite basic.
Decent hotel as far as an overnight stop, but not really worth what they charge. Clean, comfortable, lots of courteous and helpful staff. Easy to find in this bustling city. However, at $95 USD per night and offering no discounts of any kind, it isn't a very good deal. We find many smaller, independent hotels in Mexico that offer equal service and ammenities for $55 - $65 USD. As we arrived after dark by car, we decided to bite the bullet and just crash after a very hard day's travel.
