德雷柯特斯庄园酒店 (Delectus Manor)

Planned a surprise spa treatment for my friend, The lunch was delicious and the host was so welcoming perfectly set-up table. The spa (pamperhauz) was a disaster ,the massage therapists didn't know what they were doing, talking throughout our treatments and it didn't last 2 and half hours as estimated lasted an hour or so. At reception for the spa they didn't know what treatments we were booked for and we waited 30mins for the therapists to finish their lunch yet we made an appointment for 11am. I was in watsapp communication with the spa all the time and they ensured everything is in order ... spa is joke but the accomodation and property is beautiful .

这是一个漂亮的客房和非常靠近我们要去的目的地婚礼。 我们不喜欢这里的小毛巾和浴室里只有淋浴没有硬肥皂国度酒店。 早餐很棒而且环境优美。 酒店的一些房间正在翻新但是没有一个人会注意到如果老板没有告诉我们因为他们人都很好。

me and my wife spent one night here on the 9th of November, to surprise me my wife pre ordered a bottle of sparkling wine, to be put in our room before 3h. as we entered the guest house we were blown a away by the beauty, be this quickly ended when we were greeted without any enthusiasm. The receptionist asked us to complete the check in form and sais she forgot about the champagne can she bring it our for us (surprised spoiled), the bottle was warm but we received a ice bucket and 2 glasses, which were instructed to carry ourselves to our room, al we new was that we were going to stay in room 7, without any directions tot he room, we now had to find the room and carry our own surprise bubbly, after reaching the room we quickly discovered the aircon is not working, instead of moving us to another room we received a fan, after 30 minutes a quick knock on the door and it opened, we know heard we were given the wrong bottle of bubbly, and requested us to return it or pay a higher price...wow! sad that service can give you a negative conclusion on such a beautiful place.

We ran into this place by accident when we got lost while driving through Pretoria, It was recommended by the manager of a restaurant nearby and by the manager of another guesthouse nearby that was full. We loved this place, it is very elegant and relaxing. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very nice. The mattresses and pillows were excellent. Large room very tastefully decorated. Coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Beautiful grounds and nice swimming pool. Would recommend this place to any traveller.
