We stayed at Juno for my birthday trip. All the staff was very kind and helpful, ready to walk the extra mile for you.
The neighborhood needs a lot of infrastructure investment but the building where Juno is located is renewed and looks very good.
The area is really calm and near the most upbeat places like Taksim square (12-15 min walking uphill, spare extra time if you are rolling your bags and try to get the Havatas bus shuttle to the airport).
Only 5 minutes walking separate the hotel to Istiklal avenue where you can find a lot of shops and restaurants.
The apartments are new and modern. TV system works well with endless channels. The toilets are very clean and also modern.
They have a "lounge" for the guests to have a coffee or a cup of tea but I think they should also add some board games, books and travel guides.
The people managing the hotel are really helpful in giving travel tips in Istanbul and recommending places to go.
Internet in the rooms is OK and stable.
The apartment has a kitchen with fridge, microwave and electrical stove. They provided us with a 1.5lt water bottle upon arrival and some fruits. Thank you!
The building is not friendly for disable guests or old guests as there are a lot of stairs. But the whole Istanbul city is like that.
1- Kind and helpful staff.
2- Modern and clean rooms.
1- Too many stairs.
2- Neighborhood looks crappy (but is safe).
